This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the FirstInternational Conference on Computational Systems-Biology andBioinformatics, CSBio 2010, held in Bangkok, Thailand, in November 2010.The 19 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed andselected from a total of 48 submissions. The papers cover a wide rangeof topics and are organized in five topical sections on modeling andsimulation of biological processes, gene expression analysis, biologicalsequence analysis and network reconstruction, bio-data visualization andbiological databases, as well as medical and biomedical informatics.
