Over 10 times travel in Japan, this is the worse service. We put luggage in the hotel, the hosteler ask when will we be back, then became the nightmare. They didn't tell us there is curfew, so when we came back late, they show us STINKY FACE, they said they were worry cause we didn’t come back ON TIME, yes, so sorry, but I tried to explain that we have trouble in changing subway, we took the wrong line, so it's impossible to call(cause mobile system and not having number), however, they still seem very angry. Till morning, the hosteler keep showing his face, come on, this is hotel, not a military or school dormitory, I said sorry for like 100 times, they just keep saying we didn't come back on time. Even, when we want to take a walk, again, they asked a time, make us so nervous. Well, dear hosteler, sorry again, but there are things that travelers can't control, don't show your face like that, it's very bad attitude.For travelers, if you can't fellow schedule 100%... good luck!!!!
