The hotel is very sucks! They prepared a wrong room type but not willing to change the room for us. Moreover the Chinese reception complained me made a wrong booking and they have no fault, so they have no responsibility to change the room to customer. I have a very bad experience of this hotel, I made 2 nights booking but because they insist to correct their fault in the end, they force me to move to another hotel without refund! I feel very angry of their service and attitude. I highly not recommended traveller to use this hotel and I requested the hotel refund the rest money and apologize to me.
