This was my third stay in this hotel but this was our last visit there. It seemed like everything was satisfactory such as room was clean and spacious, most of the staff were showing pleasant, breakfast was nice. However, after we stayed for 5 nights (quite a long stay), we requested for only half hour extension of check-out time. Staffs informed that there was additional charge for only half hour late check-out. Never stayed in hotel with such kind of service without hospitality. If they told that it was their hotel policy, it was too strict without any usual hospitality. We had been much satisfied with this hotel service for the last two times. I thought we will stay there again and again for our future visit. But we were much disappointed this time.

ホテルは駅近で隣りはローソン 小ぶりのホテルですがお部屋は充分な広さ 夕食は近くのレストランでイタリアンのコース とにかくおいしくて それだくでも大満足なのに 朝食もブッフェタイプで付いてお値段以上の大満足な一泊でした。 大浴場はないのでお部屋のシャワーのみです。 おすすめしますホテルですよ！
部屋は清潔感があり、心地良く過ごせました。 朝食は軽朝食ということでしたが、セルフサービスでお代わりも自由に出来ますし、 パン、サラダ(数種類）、スクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ジュース(数種類）、コーヒー、紅茶等 充分満足出来ました。
軽井沢駅から、とても近く、コンビニ、スーパーも歩いて行ける好立地。ロビーの暖炉と、15時からのコーヒーとジュース、クッキーのサービスに備え付けとオセロと部屋に入る前に楽しみましたー。 部屋も清潔で白と赤のカラーがモダンな感じです。 入浴剤も2種類あり連泊だったので利用させてもらいました。 朝ごはんの無料サービスも嬉しいです。 次も絶対ロッソさんに泊まります。
