This place was constructed very recently, so the rooms as well as the whole facility were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful as well.
Necessary utilities (Toothbrush, towel...) were all provided and a coffee/tea server which you can use for free, as well as a vending machine.
This accommodation is a bit more remote than some others, but you can get to the various ski slopes very quick in 10 (Hirafu) to 20 (Hanazono and Annupuri) minutes by car.
Also, the place was built for seasonal workers in the area, so in the evening you might need to be a bit more quite than other places, but can still hang out together with a few beers.
All in all I can totally recommend it, especially for people who are a bit on a budget and are looking for a nice and clean place to stay!

歯ブラシ、タオルなどは用意されているので服とスキーだけで来ることで大丈夫です。
お茶もコーヒーも飲み放題だし自販機もあります。
一番近いスキー所はヒラフで、車で10分つきます。ほかのスキー所花園とアンヌプリは20分かかります。
ニセコの宿泊かなり高いからここはコスパ地番いいと思います。
次のニセコ旅行また泊まりたいです！

仕事で泊まりました。 出迎えてくれたスタッフさんの丁寧な説明に驚きました。 部屋はシングルの個室で冷蔵庫有り。 長期滞在型です。 ユニットシャワーとユニットバスがあります。 新しい建物なので綺麗です。 またお願いします。
土曜泊は夕朝食なしプラン。設備は真新しく、個室湯船もあり○ ただ客室201号室が猛烈にヤニ臭い。まるで喫煙所内の様、部屋程でないにしても廊下や風呂場も臭い。 予約サイトに目立つ箇所に書いておくべき 折角の立地、値段、設備は台無し 今時分煙徹底しないなんて健康増進法を何と考えているのか？？？？？
ワークではなくニセコのスキー目的で宿泊しました。1人であればスキー利用でも満足できました。周辺には何もないですが車で5分かからずニセコヒラフや倶知安に向かえばスーパーやセコマもあります。部屋は簡素ですが大きな冷蔵庫とスマートテレビがありがたい。壁は薄いですが耳栓あり。設備はバスタブ付きのシャワーがあり、ランドリーも100円、無料の飲み物サービスもありがたいです。

ニセコにウィンタースポーツをする際に利用しました。 出来たばかりということもありとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。 個人的にはシャワールームだけではなく、浴槽があったのでゆっくりすることができたのでよかったです。
