Staff members and the owner couple are so generous,fun and welcoming, that you feel like you are visiting your relatives. Rooms are cozy and clean, breakfast and dinner is very simple but so good.
The nearest store is 50 minutes away, so you definately want to prepare your drinks, snacks, and light meals. There are many kinds of board games, books, magazines, Japanese manga and table tennis.
Kids enjoyed No TV days, instead we all enjoyed hiking, reading by the peaceful fireplace,
beautiful night views, moon and stars.Since we stayed during Golen Week, we met people from all over the country. LAMP used to be an old elementary school, rebuilt and opened as a guest house for campers and mountain climbers. We climbed Mt. Furusobo, only 10 min. from LAMP.
