I reserved this hotel for a 4 night stay with my wife while we were visiting Tokyo. The location of the hotel is perfect because you can walk easily to all the major shopping or eating areas. The staff were all very courteous and always did their best to help with any requests. My wife took advantage of the free beauty appliance rental which was a pleasant surprise. It is a really good way to let customers try before they make a purchase - which in the end I had to buy a new one for my wife. The siren noise from the street is a common complaint from other hotel guests but I think this is to be expected if you are staying in one of the busiest centers in Japan. Having a washer and dryer in the room was really helpful. I look forward to coming back again.

オンドでの滞在はとても快適で、温泉施設も素晴らしかったです。食事の質は普通でしたが、朝のセットメニューでいろいろなものを試すことができたのは良かったと思います。本当に残念だったのは、チェックインの際、スタッフが妻にパスポートの提示を要求し、提示しなければ宿泊できないと言われたことです。妻は日本人ですが、法律が改正され、ホテルの宿泊者は日本国籍でないと宿泊できないようになったようです。きちんと説明されておらず、非常に悪い印象を残しました。スタッフは英語がうまく話せなくても、もっと努力してくれることを期待していました。
