The room was wonderful and beautifully renovated. With in-room Onsen Tub which was really enjoyable with family. Their outside Onsen was nice.
Unfortunately, I had booked a room with in-room meal service, but since one person in our party did not eat meat, they offered to transfer us to their group ryokan restaurant for an additional \2200 per person. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service.
That was the only thing I did not satisfied.

初めて荷物を部屋まで持ち下げてくれない温泉旅館に遭遇しました！本当にがっかりしました！しかも、私たちにはたくさんの荷物があったにも関わらず、フロントの方が私達を見ていて誰も手伝ってくれなかったんです！サービスは良くないと感じました。そして、お食事の内容にはそれほど満足できませんでした。
