One drawback is the response to customer enquiring on how to gain access to the property. Had to chase a couple of times but did not get response until about 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day. Understood that it may be out of security grounds that the property owner could not provide the key codes to the user. But at least respond to enquiry on what and when the user would expect to get the key codes to avoid uncertainty on part of the user.
Travelling in a group of four and stayed at the premises for 3 nights.
Location ok as it is near subway station but a bit away from the JR Kyoto station. The best thing about this premises is that there are 1 bath room, 1 shower room and 3 toilets (2 being ensuite room). This is really important for large group travelling.
One area for improvement is the kitchen cooking utensils. Otherwise, it is value for money for travelling in group.

Very good location - just 3-4 minutes walkf from Nankai Namba Station. Great for getting around Namba and Shinsaibashi.
