This was my third stay in this hotel but this was our last visit there. It seemed like everything was satisfactory such as room was clean and spacious, most of the staff were showing pleasant, breakfast was nice. However, after we stayed for 5 nights (quite a long stay), we requested for only half hour extension of check-out time. Staffs informed that there was additional charge for only half hour late check-out. Never stayed in hotel with such kind of service without hospitality. If they told that it was their hotel policy, it was too strict without any usual hospitality. We had been much satisfied with this hotel service for the last two times. I thought we will stay there again and again for our future visit. But we were much disappointed this time.
